Poor experience. Leadership in Aus are happy to tell you through the interview process that in SMB they have great PMF and are challenging local incumbents but as soon as you miss target and it’s clear why (over priced and not localised) they’ll rep blame and put you on PIP. The SMB segment is a revolving door of reps.
