Best in class tools and a sales leadership that is constantly iterating its strategy. There is tons of trainings and opportunities to get better. Rippling is well positioned as one of the best HCM platforms. KPI metrics are overly intense though and leadership is constantly micromanaging your performance which can get tiring. Outbound strategies can change every couple of weeks which can get frustrating. But overall a great sales org.

NGL, I feel like a lot of the reviews for rippling are fake. The micromanaging is obscene, targets are not achievable and management is horrendous. Don’t join if you can

Currently leads are alright but slowly moving to outbound only motion.
