Rippling is a compound start-up which means your probability to close the deal is higher with any one of rippling product. Great PMF exists for most of the products which Rippling has built. AEs thrive here if speed is your friend and if you are looking at aggressive fast growth environment. Folks are mostly friendly and cross-collaboration across team is easier compared to most SaaS orgs.
