My overall experience was okay. Rippling has amazing engineering talent, and they really do build incredible products. One great part about Rippling is its ability to multi-thread a bunch of different product SKUs. However, the culture here is terrible. They will put you on a PIP when half your team is under perfomring just because the manager doesn't like you. Even if you hit the PIP they will still fire you. I wouldn't recommend working at Rippling.

Great company and great inbound flow - the org is shifting more to outbound and a territory restructure - so we'll see how that plays out! Great product that usually "sells itself" if you get the right buyer. Sometimes we seem to be "too much" for a smaller business, but I know the org is shifting it's pricing structure to help accomodate these smaller companies.
