Experiences may vary with teams and managers but Rippling seems to value an unnecessary cutthroat culture. They aren't looking to develop and will cut people unnecessarily. There is a lack of communication and transparency.

Rippling is not the easiest place to get a paycheck. Still, the pay is good and product is fantastic. If you put the work in, Rippling will be an upward inflection point in your career trajectory
