Great product market fit. Unfortunately salespeople are measured on a monthly basis and the fast pace and intensity of the job is not for everyone.

Rippling is a great product but unfortunately there is very less ownership. As an SDR I used to take demos for unqualified prospects for practice with my managers positions and was made to take part in several projects which were all then discarded.
