Cons: Work life here is very bad. As an AM, I have to often work 2 or 3 extra hours a day to keep up. Managers are hit and miss. I was lucky to have a very supportive manager. However, if you land with a super strict manager, your life is very difficult. One AM that was promoted from within left the company 3 weeks after because of her manager.
