Former Employee Quotas are set really high, arguably too high for all sales roles. Again it make sense for a company that is in a hyper growth phase but it definitely stifles personal growth, retaining talent, and promoting within. It is a very tall ask and I would say that most SDRs would agree with me.
Definitely need to be a go getter and be prepared to work hard in order to make a long sustainable career here. Browse Other Reviews
