Quotas are set really high, arguably too high for all sales roles. Again it make sense for a company that is in a hyper growth phase but it definitely stifles personal growth, retaining talent, and promoting within. It is a very tall ask and I would say that most SDRs would agree with me. Definitely need to be a go getter and be prepared to work hard in order to make a long sustainable career here.

The sales culture and environment is not how it's described. Managers are spread so thin that getting support as a new employee was almost non-existent and they expect 10X pipeline with mostly inbound but inbound is not enough to support that volume at the enterprise level.
