The company claims to support sales by driving inbound interest and distributing leads fairly, but this is far from reality. Inbound leads are unevenly distributed, creating unfair advantages for some reps while others struggle with limited opportunities. The KPIs used to measure success are misaligned and fail to represent a rep’s true capabilities or contributions. Leadership’s decisions raise concerns about their strategy and planning—or lack thereof. There’s little evidence of a cohesive three-month plan, let alone one spanning six months or a year. Job security feels unstable, with threats of termination issued without a holistic review of individual performance. This creates a constant sense of instability. Collaboration with leadership is virtually nonexistent. With an SDR org of over 150 people, individual voices are drowned out, making it impossible to influence change. The environment often feels toxic, with a high-pressure tone set each week that undermines morale and productivity. This lack of direction, transparency, and support stifles both individual and organizational success, leaving little room for growth or long-term stability.
