These rules include gates I must hit in addition to quota to reach my OTE. This new structure has made it competitive between cross department sales colleagues as we can sell each other products.

Former Employee3.0Dec 15, 2023It was fine. I got put onto the worst team with the most toxic manager possible who went behind my back almost immediately. HR did nothing to help me and there was a transition period in upper management so really it was just wrong place, wrong time, wrong people. I think this was a one off and I really just screwed.
