Former Employee4.1Jun 12, 2025SAP pays less than similar companies. However, the stock purchase plan is excellent. Bonuses for Customer Success are low given very complicated formulas. Overall good company, even if I encountered a discriminatory manager which caused me to look elsewhere. Customer Success didn't have quota but does have renewal and upsell ownership.
