Former Employee In junior positions SAP is a great place to work, learn and develop your career. However, once you start your Account Exec path, you learn that in MM you will be responsible for DemGen , Solution presentations, closing business, with a certain lack of support from SDRs and other teams. Whatsmore, there are multiple management levels and you will be forecasting from 2-4 times a week. Micromanagement and office attendance has become pillars in the company culture regardless the performance. All of this will negatively impact your motivation and thus Quota attainment/results.
