Good company to work for. Pay is nice. Product Market Fit might be touchy sometimes. Throwing a lot of ideas and seeing what sticks... So you can be blessed for a year and sometimes missing it completely. I found most of quotas unfair for my colleagues but on my new role I believe it is realistic so happy
