good name, too much DEI IMO too many females promoted who Didn't Earn It. Odd, some great ones that never seemed to get promoted. Newer leadership and direction over past year seems to be solid. Overall they have all the issues of any big company BUT they truly take care of their people. They may not be the fastest moving group, yet they do believe in people first
