Market is flooded with competitors. Territories are too small and leadership made massive mistakes when making territories for 2025. Reps have suffered accordingly as leadership team focused on bad data to make big decisions.

The political piece has become a huge mess over the last few years due to changes within the business. A lot of successful people with no credit for their accomplishment. The lack of strong leadership is part of it along side the lack of growth.

Pros: One of the highest paying SDR / BDR roles out there SAP benefits are top-notch Cons: No chance to move up or be developed Leadership is not respected outside of the organization Lack of strategic direction Contention with AE counterparts due to the structure of compensation / differing goals
