Former Employee3.3Sep 7, 2023Overall experience was okay. Left a long time ago. Product was amazing, genuine market leaders. Sales methodology training was good. Some average sales managers that were classic dashboard managers and couldn’t coach. SMB director was passive aggressive and weirdly often talked about how he hated salespeople. He should have stuck to playing in brass bands.

Increased free platforms in the space that have become top competitors paired with a tough economy is making it a little tough currently
