Some average sales managers that were classic dashboard managers and couldn’t coach. SMB director was passive aggressive and weirdly often talked about how he hated salespeople. He should have stuck to playing in brass bands.

Concur is staying completely stagnant as other companies in the market are becoming more and more savvy.
