Overall experience has been positive. It has shifted over the last couple of years - a lot of high-level changes coming down from SAP, lack of investment in product and support has shifted morale. RTO has caused issues some. Competition in SMB has stepped up and with lack of support I worry that Concur will only focus on Enterprise level clients moving forward - causing the Small Business/Mid-Market level roles to suffer.

RUN! Everything about this company went downhill when SAP took over. Leads here are fed so unless you like brown nosing and sucking up to upper management (that don't have any sales experience themselves) you will see very few lucrative accounts/inbound leads. The reviews on here are all accurate - trust them.
