Former Employee2.0May 28, 2024This used to be such a great company; but Thai began hiring new leadership in late 2019 and by 2022 that new leadership decided that SHI is not a VAR but rather a transactional resellers. AE pay was decimated, cut by almost 80% when I left at the end of 2023. But the real failure is SHI no longer values its own customers. Everything is about a single "Transaction"...Read More
