Current Employee All luck of the draw. You wear so many hats and deal with BS things that take away from revenue driving activities. You would think at a org this large there would be better support, but we are lacking behind with systems and tools to ultimately bring the company more money. If they want people to want to build careers here and not be in and out, they need compensate employees better and enable us to want to stay.
