All luck of the draw. You wear so many hats and deal with BS things that take away from revenue driving activities. You would think at a org this large there would be better support, but we are lacking behind with systems and tools to ultimately bring the company more money. If they want people to want to build careers here and not be in and out, they need compensate employees better and enable us to want to stay. Good place to get some experience but there is better out there.

Overall, I really enjoyed working for SHI. Most importantly, because of the people and technology I was exposed to. My managers were involved and supported us but didn't micromanage. The pay can be low to start, you have to hustle to really get paid and the benefits are far below par on what I've experienced with other companies. All that said, I would certainly...Read More
