Leadership is struggling, some good leaders at the mid to upper level but not enough. Not at the C-level. Overall creating a culture of resentment, mistrust and more reasons to leave than to stay.

Any place that is consistently rated a "great place to start" means two things: 1. Pay is bad 2.
