It's a sticky product once you're in the door because it has great features, but it's one harder products to get in the door to get a company to buy in. Compensation is fair for the role, growth within the sales world is fairly limited.

Great culture replaced by more and more metrics, micromanagement, get the customer's money at all costs attitude. I used to take pride in working for a great company but now if asked by a friend I would suggest they look at other options first.
