Working for SailPoint has its up and downs. It's a sticky product once you're in the door because it has great features, but it's one harder products to get in the door to get a company to buy in. Compensation is fair for the role, growth within the sales world is fairly limited.

Challenging environment to sell in. Competition all over the place (We don't lose to a competitor often. Deals will stall/ budget is recalled for the next quarter or year is the main enemy we face.)
