Current Employee When I joined five years ago, the culture was strong, the comp plan was fair and aggressive, and management was supportive. Over the last four and a half years, things have steadily declined. Each year brought fewer accounts, fewer leads, extremely weak comp plans, and a shift toward a more toxic culture. What was once a great place to work has become difficult to recommend.
