Salesloft has incredible people in EMEA, some of the best sales reps in the industry. The big glaring issue is the lack of understanding by RevOps to set targets that make sense for the EMEA market. Very few reps hit their target, which is a shame, because the talent is there.

Nice to have product (versus need to have) and a company trying to figure out its place in a crowded market. Tenured reps are doing just fine but newer reps seem to churn often.
