Current Employee Salesforce has taken an incredibly big culture hit. The company has changed over the course of time, and not for the better.
Leadership thought that putting more pressure on reps during 2022 was a good idea. Well, now they have a bunch of reps who aren't as talented before. They basically will hire anybody at this point, and don't feel like rewarding the people who do stay.
Your entire success as a rep is predicated on 2 things; what accounts you get and who your manager is... and unfortunately, these are two things you can't control.
