I have had a wonderful experience at Salesforce. The culture is great and the people are amazing. In my first role as an SDR, I have learned so much. I do wish we were compensated better based on the amount of hours that we work and also wish there was a bit more diversity in the workplace. Overall, I have had a very welcoming and great experience.

Overall experience was good, a lot of what they highlight though to attract talent is surface level marketing that starts to fall apart in practice. Layoffs were not very “Ohana”.
