I am having a good time at Salesforce. As Core AE in the Enterprise Segment, work is never boring and opportunity to earn exists. Right now it feels like that most companies that want a CRM have one. Agentforce and Data Cloud are the new kids in town. These products could be helpful but the DACH Market does not seem ready for the most part. This year, it does not look like a lot of AEs will make quota. Agentforce projects need a lot of work in the sales cycle and customers need a lot of help to get it to work. Once it does: magic! But it is not perfect out of the box for every use-case. Classic seat-based CRM is harder and harder to sell it seems. And don’t get me started on Slack. DACH is really slow to question MS Teams. Maybe the EU ruling on bundling will change a few things.
