BDR org is a nightmare! Almost no opportunity or path to promotion. Incentivized to cheat and log fake metrics to hit goals. Almost no path to AE even for an ambitious person.

Overall a good place to start your career, especially in the SMB org. Regulated industries (I.e. FINS or HLS) are the best place to be. Mid Market is feast or famine. Stay away from High-Tech
