The top reps usually have solid territories and do nothing but license add ons. I can say if you are thinking of a post there, be ready for some "big company" encounters; ie the process of getting a deal in from a contracting point of view given the amount of products they have and complexity of changes, can be sometimes challenging as well as trying to get the commission you deserve.
