Current Employee As an SMB AE a huge part of your role is farming your current customers. Inbound flow is not great/very unqualified. A lot of your success depends on your territory unfortunately because you’re very limited on who you can outbound to.
In office 5 days a week, they lied in the interview process which isn’t a great feeling. This is dependent on team which I found to be weird. A lot of internal politics as well.
