The company culture has become less pleasant since I first started. There are fewer incentives, inbound leads are unevenly distributed, and management is pressuring us to sell more with less support. While I enjoy working with my teammates and direct manager, the overall culture and messaging from above are disheartening and uninspiring. My comments aren't due to a lack of results, as I've consistently exceeded my quota. The company no longer has the lighthearted and fun atmosphere that previously drove team success.

This company is really a joke. The onboarding has no correlation to your job, so yes it's nice to have a month of paid freedom, but once you get your accounts it's like drinking from a fire hose. Salesforce is doing a massive hiring around hub locations and mandating a FULL return to office October of 2024. This is a way to silently lay off anyone who is not close to...Read More
