Changed over time. Leadership, culture, and a lot of the things that made sfdc fun has gone down hill. Feels like a corporate giant and you're just a spoke on a wheel as an IC. Delivers a solid work life balance and if on the right team can still be great experience but I wasn't so lucky with manager/terrirory alignment as time moved on.

Salesforce is a great company with a great product. However, the BDR role can be dragged on for a while and promotions to AE are not easy. It's a toss-up whether you fall under good leadership and the success in the role is highly dependent on your leadership and your AEs.
