Overall my experience has been positive. The culture and people at Salesforce make it an inviting place to work. They company does a great job of enabling you to be successful. The biggest downfall in working as an SMB rep is that you have to manage a portfolio of over 80 products. It can be challenging to wrap your head around everything especially when Solutions Engineers are hard to get a hold of.
