This company is just a sales organization that sells the sizzle with a product portfolio that lacks vision and intention. Constant changes that feel like knee-jerk reactions. Lots of C players here. Most of the A players have left.

Compensation changed massively since the beginning of 2023. So it is less likely to hit quota and overperform. With it came a huge change in culture as well. People don't feel close to the company anymore and that has an impact on the mood and morale. The managers at Salesforce were just riding the wave. I work with great people. Difficult to hit quota, but one month of overachievement results in excellent pay via accelerators. Market is tough right now, and the company changes so fast, especially with AI and rebuilding all the solutions on the platform; future feels uncertain.
