Salesforce in GRB is a product if they need it and want need it they will buy it. Salesforce provides loads of training but most it comes down to your territory. Reps are mainly a number to leadership with a constant flow running through the sales farm. Cool coworkers and good benefits. SDR’s/BDR’s were cut from the segments so AE’s run the full cycle with less than 10% inbound leads.

Good people, good culture, very stressful environment since layoffs in 2022. Not all territories are created equal and good people suffer from that.

Constantly changing and adjusting to properly align skills and market fit
