One of the worst sales cultures I’ve ever been a part of. Middle management is generally not held accountable for creating any type of positive team environment or knowing anything about how to actually navigate the org to get help from other departments when you need it. They made a bunch of changes to the way we get paid which ends up hurting top performers and clients who aren’t continually purchasing more products on a regular basis. The onboarding and constant training here is a colossal waste of time unless you’re new to selling and need to learn the basics. Products are pushed before they’re ready, people lie (internally and externally) to close deals, and no one actually teaches you anything you need to know to be successful in your role (unless you have a good mentor), so be ready to navigate a black hole of resources and documentation with 5-6 different LLM’s or AI agents instead of being able to talk to anyone to get trustworthy and confident answers.
