Former Employee Territories are sliced too thin, highly political at the senior level, and stock price is being driven by AI marketing and cutting expenses (e.g. territory travel, no more holiday parties/internal events, layoffs). Not a high interest in the marketplace for Agentforce (yet) and more deals were being manufactured through overages and forcing people into revenue transactions via uplifts or conversion to annual payments.
