Former Employee Truly a company that promotes leaders simply due to the fact that they were good sellers. Good sellers could either be genuinely good or just lucky due to bluebirds, timing, territory etc. Attrition rules prevent you from selling into a company for 3 months after and should you have sold into that company or a subsidiary 3 months prior, you will get a clawback. Lots of first-line leaders have no help or guidance from their AVP's. Lots of movement. Not rare to have had 5 leaders in just 2-3 years at the company. Good ideas will be shot down if they are unconventional or stray too far away from the status quo. Pay can be negotiated and if you do it well, you can make a lot of money here. Product is a great fit for any market. Despite leadership woes (which do vary based on which product you support ie. Marketing Cloud Financial Services was 10x more productive than Marketing Cloud CMT) this is a good company to work for if you can get in at the right organization. Everyone knows Salesforce. Partners are good. Implementation tends to be smooth. Overall? B-. Browse Other Reviews
