While Salesforce has a strong product and fair compensation structure, the culture and leadership were extremely toxic. Leadership often created a fear-driven environment that lacked collaboration, trust, and genuine support for reps. The stress and internal politics far outweighed the positives, and success felt more about surviving management than driving value for customers.
