Current Employee You work with kind, talented people, and you're selling a product/brand that's well-known. They try to make culture fun, and it mostly is. It's all luck of the draw for most people when it comes to territories, and if you don't have a good one it's tough. Majority of people don't hit their annual quota, and leadership only pays attention to the AE's who work big deals and align themselves with those accounts.
