Current Employee Internal promotions don't get market pay, just like anywhere else. 50/50 OTE comp plan. Similar accounts aligned to external peers but essentially doing the same job but for 30-40% OTE pay. If you're external its a great opportunity, but learning the sales process at Salesforce and navigating the large corporation is difficult for a lot of new hires. Current Employee In my experience, the hardest working and smartest sellers succeed
