My overall experience was that the environment was how much you make out of it - you build your own culture based on your teams. However there is definitely more AEs than meaty accounts to go around so ensure you get a higher base salary to cover for the variable commission you won't be getting much of

This job was pretty awful. No one gets promoted to AE. Took our two rep 28 months to finally get promoted. When you do get promoted your salary goes up 5k. Really crazy that a company this big with such a great reputation has gone so far down hill.
