My overall experience has been great. The potential to promote is good but you have to wait for potential openings which can take forever. Leadership is trying to push very hard on things, and it is good for growth. Goals are sometimes unrealistic, but you are in a well known market so it makes it easier to sell.

My experience has been very mixed. There are a lot of changes happening right now in the SMB model at Salesforce because we are being crushed by point solutions and other CRMs are easier to set up and less expensive.
