Unrealistic quotas and a culture of constant criticism of the people doing the elk by the people watching the people doing the work. 1 person on the team came close to quota in FY24. There’s a new internal stack ranking initiative called “high performance culture” which has essentially destroyed mural and makes Salesforce an environment which is unsustainable for people unwilling to sacrifice their integrity for a deal. Other than that, base compensation is very generous.

It’s a job. Culture has changed and they took away the easy acv and spiffs so it’s no longer stupid money unless you strike gold and have a good territory. But even then it’s murky internal waters

Performance culture is what they say more now but that means just more middle level VPs creating more admin tracking to drive efficiency
