Current Employee There are many advantages to spending at least a few years at Salesforce. There is no doubt this company will make you a better seller.
However, it is very difficult to succeed . Territory and timing have way too much of an influence. Many talented reps struggle with bad territories and customers that have been oversold to.
It’s sad to see rockstar reps burnout or leave because they haven’t been given a fair chance to succeed.
