Former Employee Overall my experience was good - great smart hard working team mates, lots of great tech and value, and you were never bored. As with any company, it was challenging to manage short term quota pressure against the customers contract/buying cycles. Fantastic benefits, good comp when things went well. Too much change each year in territory/account shuffling, they may have stabilized that, but customers were frustrated at times (more of an issue with mid-market than Enterprise).
