Salesforce is losing the plot. None of their AI works. Lying and deceiving customers into buying products that don't work is the norm. The commission structure is about 6% per deal in smb. Those so called “ankle-biters” are taking off full legs

Very complex organization and lots of products to understand. Can make selling to a customer difficult to understand in terms of what they should be buying and how you get paid on it.
