Current Employee Very complex organization and lots of products to understand. Can make selling to a customer difficult to understand in terms of what they should be buying and how you get paid on it. Lots of preconceived notions about Salesforce (good and bad) that can make selling easier when well positioned or incredibly difficult if a prospect thinks they already know everything they need to know about Salesforce. The new Agentforce platform seems promising but the talk of it's success and how that relates to hitting quota and making commission still seems to have a wide gap between what leadership says and the experience on the frontline.
