Salesforce can be really good, or not so great. All the perks, but not enough opportunity to hunt new accounts on your own. Limited to your territory (which can vary) and maybe 1 new meeting a week. 75% of those new meetings are unqualified. Lots of benefits to working here, but also being in office 4 days a week without parking benefits is a major cost.

The territory was the make-it-or-break-it aspect. Confusing career navigation options were apparent and promotions were put on hold for the last 24 months. Diluted territories year after year, despite a strong performance. There was constant change in leadership's direction and tons of confusion around the team selling motion.
